Draughtsperson

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Mechanical and Electrical Draughtsperson to join our client's team.

The selected candidate will support the delivery of mechanical and electrical projects by preparing technical drawings, assisting with design work, and supporting procurement and site coordination activities. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who is confident working with technical documentation and able to collaborate with both office-based and site teams.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare mechanical and electrical project drawings

• Support the documentation of tender processes

• Carry out material take-offs and assist with procurement activities

• Contribute to the design of mechanical and electrical solutions

• Assist site teams with the interpretation of technical drawings

Key Requirements:

• Experience in preparing technical drawings for mechanical and electrical projects

• Good understanding of tender documentation and material take-offs

• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical design principles

• Ability to read, interpret, and explain technical drawings clearly

• Strong attention to detail and good coordination skills

This position is mainly office-based, with occasional visits to project and client sites when required. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy. Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with internal teams are essential for success in this role.
