Junior IT BA

On behalf of our client, Manpower Malta is seeking a Junior BA.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• To provide first line support to all users.
• To help maintain user rights and permissions.
• To create and maintain Induction training documentation.
• To assist in defining & gathering requirements for new projects as assigned, and once implemented help creating UATs and testing deliverables, ensuring that these are in line with the requirements.
• To assist the IT Project Manager in working with business teams across the group to define and implement timely solutions to business problems.
• To participate in knowledge transfer activities across the group.
• To assist the IT Project Manager in any Ad hoc needs and/or projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

Have a minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in the role or similar;

In the process of /possess a Degree in Business and IT or an equivalent professional qualification and/or work experience;

Have a positive mental attitude and a proactive approach;

Be able to role model the Groups values through example and behaviour;

Have an understanding of ERP Solutions and respective processes;

Be able to grasp the business context and place analysis within a goal oriented setting;

Have a strong capacity in preparing and writing reports;

Have experience in testing methodologies and test case creation, maintenance and execution/verification with an eye for detail;

Be able to successfully facilitate remote and face to face client meetings/training.
