Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Business Development Executive to join our client's team.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities and strengthening existing client relationships.

  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.

  • Develop tailored proposals, pricing, and trading conditions to attract and retain clients.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and alignment with customer expectations.

  • Prepare regular reports to management on business development performance and market activity.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, lead generation, and client relationship management.

  • In-depth knowledge of product positioning, sales cycles, and competitor landscape within manufacturing or similar industries.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.

  • Strong time management, analytical, and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and reporting tools.
