Responsibilities:

Drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities and strengthening existing client relationships.

Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.

Develop tailored proposals, pricing, and trading conditions to attract and retain clients.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and alignment with customer expectations.

Prepare regular reports to management on business development performance and market activity.
Key Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, lead generation, and client relationship management.

In-depth knowledge of product positioning, sales cycles, and competitor landscape within manufacturing or similar industries.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.

Strong time management, analytical, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in CRM systems and reporting tools.
