Courier Dispacher

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Courier Dispatcher to join our client's team. The selected candidate will play a key role in coordinating daily delivery operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and high service standards across all logistics activities. This position requires a proactive and organized individual who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining clear communication with drivers, customers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily delivery operations and driver schedules
• Plan and optimize delivery routes for drivers and subcontractors
• Monitor operations and resolve issues in real time
• Supervise parcel scanning, sorting, and shipment processing
• Manage COD reconciliation and liaise with the accounts team

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in logistics, dispatch, or courier operations
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills in English (Maltese is an asset)
• Computer literacy and familiarity with logistics systems
