Operations Manager

Manpower Malta, on behalf of our client a growing Trust & Corporate Services Provider (TCSP) is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimise internal operations across corporate, finance, compliance, and support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across corporate services, finance, and compliance.

• Improve internal systems, policies, and procedures for greater efficiency and quality.

• Ensure smooth client onboarding/offboarding and maintain robust internal controls.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet statutory and internal deadlines.

• Lead IT and infrastructure improvements, ensuring business continuity and regulatory compliance.

What Were Looking For:

• Proven experience in a similar role within a TCSP or financial services environment.

• Strong knowledge of corporate governance, compliance, and operational best practices.

• Excellent organisational, planning, and project management skills.

• A degree in business, finance, or law is considered an asset.

Job Info:

• Type of Contract: Indefinite
• Salary: 60,000 - 80,000 (negotiable)

• Work Setting: Onsite
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 09:00 - 17:00 with flexibility
• Candidate location: Must be already living in Malta
