Private Client and Immigration Lawyer

Overview
Manpower is seeking to recruit a Private Client and Immigration Lawyer to join our client's team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Advising individual clients on residency and citizenship options available under local Laws
• Preparing and submitting applications for residence permits, visas, and work permits, and liaising with local authorities
• Drafting and reviewing legal documentation related to personal tax planning, power of attorney, wills, and asset structuring
• Liaising with internal teams and third-party service providers to ensure a smooth client experience
• Keeping up to date with changes in immigration law and related local and international developments.

Requirements:

• In the final year of LLM or fully qualified.
• Able to work under pressure and results-oriented.
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Have excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Previous experience in Immigration or related fields will be considered an asset but is not a requisite.

• Salary: Depending on experience
