About the job Customer Support Administrator
On behalf of our client, Manpower is seeking to recruit a Customer Support Administrator to join a dynamic team supporting Commercial Units through efficient and high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:

Process account activations and migrations within set timeframes

Ensure all requests comply with company policies and procedures
-
Manage mobile phone stock, including logistics and inventory control

Issue mobile phone contracts and sales through POS systems and third parties
-
Liaise and communicate with various internal and external stakeholders
-
Handle and input data accurately in line with data protection regulations
-
Assist team members with administrative support as needed
-
Use various IT systems and tools for daily operations
-
Coordinate with customers and partners for service installation, maintenance, and support
Requirements & Skills:
-
Previous experience in administrative roles is considered an asset
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
-
High attention to detail and accuracy

Strong communication and teamwork skills
-
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
-
Proactive, well-organised, and capable of multitasking
-
Fluent in English; knowledge of Maltese is an asset
Additional Information:

Must be available to work 8-hour rotating shifts between 07:00 and 19:00, including weekends

Fully office-based in Luqa

Contract duration: 3 months (June September)
