Overview
Manpower is seeking to recruit a General Manager to join our client team.
We are partnering with a dynamic and expanding restaurant franchise currently operating a successful venue and preparing to launch a second location featuring a drive-through service. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations, staff leadership, and strategic development of both existing and new venues. Reporting directly to the C-Suite, this role will be vital in maintaining operational excellence, driving business growth, and upholding exceptional customer service and quality standards across all locations.
Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple venues, ensuring operational efficiency, profitability, and outstanding service levels.

Hire, train, mentor, and lead venue management teams, ensuring consistent application of brand standards and operational procedures.

Implement and monitor financial performance metrics (e.g., sales, labor costs, food costs, P&L reports) to drive profitability.

Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) across venues, including health and safety, customer service, and operational best practices.

Collaborate with the marketing team to support and execute promotional campaigns.

Lead the operational setup of new venues, including staffing, supply chain coordination, equipment management, and regulatory compliance.

Conduct regular site audits and operational reviews to identify and implement improvements.

Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives such as expansion planning, franchising models, and market entry strategies.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory, health, and safety standards.

Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to optimize supply chain efficiency.

Handle escalated customer complaints and operational challenges swiftly and professionally.

Provide regular performance reports and operational updates to the executive leadership team.
Requirements:
- 5 - 8+ years' experience in multi-site management within the restaurant, QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), or hospitality sector.

Proven ability to lead high-performing teams across multiple locations.

Strong expertise in P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and operational KPIs.

Experience in opening new sites, preferably with exposure to drive-through models.

Previous experience within franchise operations is highly desirable.
