Finance Manager

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Finance Manager to join our client's team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including supplier invoice processing, reconciliations, and payments.

• Manage intercompany billing and ensure accurate reconciliations of intercompany balances.

• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and monitor cash balances, maintaining up-to-date cashflow forecasts.

• Prepare monthly management accounts, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cashflow forecasts.

• Handle VAT return preparation and submissions, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting (ACCA or equivalent).

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Knowledge of Shireburn Accounting software is an asset.

• Excellent organisational and time management skills.

• Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

• Type of Contract: Indefinite 
• Salary: Depending on experience
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Setting: Hybrid 
• Working Hours: from 7:30 to 15:30 (Flexible hours and no overtime) 
• Candidate location: Must be already living in Malta
