Manpower Malta on behalf of our client are seeking an Office Manager to ensure our clients operations run seamlessly and their team thrives in a well-supported environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations, facilities, and administrative systems,
  • Manage office supplies, budgets, and vendor relationships, ensuring smooth logistics and timely service.
  • Liaise with property owners and service providers to maintain high workplace standards.
  • Support Directors with scheduling, meeting coordination, and ad hoc tasks.
  • Handle office insurance policies and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Supervise reception, admin, cleaning, and maintenance teams.
  • Coordinate staff travel, training bookings, and internal events.
  • Provide admin support to HR and Marketing, including for training, events, and branded materials.
  • Oversee IT-related admin, including equipment procurement, setup, repairs, and liaising with service providers.
  • Manage security systems (CCTV, alarms) and ensure compliance with safety procedures.

What Were Looking For:

  • At least 3 years' experience in office management or administration.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional presentation and a collaborative mindset.
  • Solid understanding of health & safety, facilities, and office security
