Skilled Machine Operator

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Skilled Operator to join our client's team.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor the filtration plant, baler, and glue systems to ensure efficient and compliant operations.

• Perform glue preparation, viscosity checks, beaker testing, and system logging.

• Maintain stock levels of materials and chemicals, coordinating re-orders as needed.

• Compile and document waste data, ensuring correct handling, disposal, and coordination with certified waste brokers.

• Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and adjustments, while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 years experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Ability to communicate in Maltese and/or English.

• Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.

• Willingness to learn and participate in training provided.
