Interior Designer

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit an Interior Designer to join our client's team. The selected candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality interior design projects, from concept development through to execution and final certification. Reporting to senior leadership, this position involves both creative and technical responsibilities, ensuring that projects meet client expectations, regulatory standards, and quality benchmarks. The role also includes supporting team coordination, contributing to innovative design solutions, and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support all phases of interior design projects, from concept to completion

• Assist in managing the Interior Design team and coordinating project activities

• Develop client briefs and propose creative, functional design solutions

• Produce and review technical drawings, specifications, and procurement documentation

• Monitor project quality, site compliance, and ensure adherence to regulations

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field

• Minimum 10 years of experience in interior fit-out projects

• Strong knowledge of Maltese construction standards and regulations

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and MS Office

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
