Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Technical Sales Solutions Engineer (ELV) to join our clients team.
Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the full bid and tender process, from enquiry review to final submission

Design cost-effective ELV solutions aligned with client technical and budget requirements

Prepare technical and commercial proposals, costings, and value-engineering solutions

Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers during enquiry, negotiation, and contract stages

Ensure proper handover of confirmed projects, including documentation and ERP setup
Key Requirements:
-
Minimum 3 years experience in technical sales or sales engineering

Experience in Fire Safety and Security or ELV systems

Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage multiple enquiries

Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
-
Valid Maltese driving licence
