We are seeking an accomplished finance professional to lead the Finance and Treasury function within a regulated financial services environment. Reporting directly to senior leadership, this role combines strategic influence with hands-on oversight of treasury, financial control, regulatory reporting, capital management, and balance sheet performance.

This is an opportunity for a commercially driven leader who can navigate complex regulatory requirements while partnering with executive stakeholders to support growth, optimise liquidity, and strengthen financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the organisation's financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning activities.
• Oversee treasury operations, liquidity management, funding strategies, and balance sheet optimisation.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and robust financial governance frameworks.
• Manage capital adequacy, financial risks, and relationships with auditors, regulators, and key stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement through process enhancement, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop and lead a high-performing Finance and Treasury team, fostering accountability and professional growth.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified finance professional (ACCA, ACA, CFA, or equivalent).
• 10+ years' experience within banking or financial services, including senior Finance and Treasury leadership exposure.
• Strong understanding of treasury management, liquidity and capital frameworks, regulatory reporting, and financial controls.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and contribute to strategic business decisions.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a regulated environment.
