On behalf of our client, Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Business Analyst focused on Project implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and interpret client business requirements in relation to existing software systems.
  • Conduct gap analysis between new requirements and current system functionality.
  • Create detailed use cases and define high-level test cases to guide QA and development teams.
  • Manage project delivery schedules and service requests in line with SLAs and quality standards.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, facilitating requirement gathering through meetings, workshops, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with project management, change management, and technical teams to ensure requirements are met.
  • Support technical teams in creating optimal use cases, system design, and database structures.
  • Deliver releases to clients and provide support during implementation and data migration.
  • Participate in on-site or remote client training and support sessions.
  • Provide 2nd line support to clients and internal teams, maintaining timely and effective issue resolution.
  • Liaise with the Quality Assurance team to monitor audits, recommend corrective actions, and ensure process compliance.
  • Maintain accurate progress reports and documentation for all assigned tasks.
  • Build strong working relationships with clients and cross-functional teams to support project success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Masters degree is considered an asset).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a business systems analysis or similar role.
  • Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation, system configuration, and design.
  • Strong understanding of financial services and end-to-end software development life cycles.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large data sets.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and client-facing skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to facilitate remote and face-to-face meetings effectively.
  • Organized, self-driven, and capable of working under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Preferred experience in the payments industry and familiarity with user stories or use cases.
