UX Designer

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a forward-thinking UX Designer on behalf of our client an innovative leader in the iGaming industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in user-centered design and hands-on experience translating ideas into responsive, user-friendly digital interfaces.

In this role, you will focus on designing intuitive experiences across our clients iGaming platforms particularly in sports betting and online casino and collaborate closely with developers and marketing teams to bring engaging digital products to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver user-centric design solutions across responsive web and mobile interfaces

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows for mid- and large-scale product features

  • Use tools such as Adobe XD or Figma to build clear, developer-ready design assets

  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Developers to ensure smooth implementation of UX into functional front-ends

  • Work with Marketing and Acquisition teams to align designs with campaign goals and brand standards

  • Interpret briefs and user data accurately, ask the right questions, and advocate for UX best practices

  • Prioritise and manage multiple design tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Provide creative support as needed, including visual assets for product communications or minor campaign work.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or related field (preferred)

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a professional UX Designer in a digital product or e-commerce environment (required)

  • Proven experience designing responsive interfaces for web and mobile (required)

  • Prior experience within the iGaming industry, especially in sports betting and online casino interfaces (required)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (required)

  • Proficiency in Adobe XD or Figma (required)

  • Strong knowledge of UX principles, usability heuristics, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing (required)

  • Familiarity with AI-supported tools (considered an asset)
