Facilities Manager

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Facilities Manager to join our clients team.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all properties, including retail stores, offices, and residential/commercial sites, are compliant, safe, and well-maintained.

• Act as the main point of contact for tenants regarding maintenance and service requests.

• Manage service contractors and oversee maintenance schedules and asset registers.

• Support property rental activities, including conducting site visits and viewings with prospective tenants.

• Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations across all properties.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in facilities management, property maintenance, or engineering services.

• Strong knowledge of architectural layouts, mechanical systems, and building services.

• Proven understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.

• Experience in managing asset registers, service schedules, and contractor databases.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software, with fluency in English.
