Sales & Operations Manager

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Sales & Operations Manager to join our client's team. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing both sales and operational activities, ensuring business growth, operational efficiency, and excellent client relationship management within the HoReCa and food distribution sector. The ideal candidate will play a key role in leading teams, monitoring performance, managing stock and logistics operations, and supporting the company's commercial objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase business growth within the HoReCa sector.
• Manage sales operations, stock control, logistics coordination, and inventory management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor team performance through KPIs and operational targets.
• Prepare reports on sales performance, operations, profitability, and business growth opportunities.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales and Operations, preferably within food distribution or HoReCa.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Proven leadership experience managing and motivating teams.
• Good understanding of logistics, stock control, and supply chain operations.
• Fluent in English with strong IT, communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
