Overview
Manpower is seeking to recruit a HR Senior Executive to join our client's team.

Job Responsibilities
:

Support the HR Senior Manager in the day-to-day running of the HR function, ensuring alignment with the Group's objectives;

Take the lead on recruitment activities across all departments and overview the complete selection process: CV screening, interviewing, evaluation and processing;

Establish and maintain relationships with Line Management to define job descriptions, validate candidate profiles and ensure recruitment needs are met;

Actively headhunt and source candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms to attract top talent;

Prepare and draft job offers for selected candidates and coordinate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth integration;

Extract and analyse weekly and monthly recruitment reports to discuss with the HR Senior Manager;

Coordinate and support training and development initiatives, including performance appraisals,
setting of KPI and training needs assessments, while monitoring outcomes;

Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with employment
legislation, compliance standards and best practices;

Provide guidance and review the work of the HR Officer to ensure consistency and accuracy across HR processes;

Review monthly payroll inputs prepared by the HR Officer, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance prior to HR Senior Manager approval;

Handle employee meetings including interviews, probationary meetings, performance meetings and exit interviews, ensuring proper documentation is maintained;

Be the main point of contact for employees regarding payroll and leave portal;

Assist the HR Senior Manager on ongoing HR projects and initiatives;

Analyse HR data, including turnover, absenteeism, recruitment, etc.;

Recommend and support process improvements to enhance HR efficiency and service;

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment across HR processes.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field, or currently in the process of obtaining such qualification.

A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within a corporate or professional services environment.
Good understanding of Maltese employment legislation and HR best practices.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels.

Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to interpret and present HR data effectively.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Shireburn software will be considered an asset.

High level of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism.
