Technical Sales Executive

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Technical Sales Executive to join our clients team.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the telecom and IT sectors.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact.

• Provide technical advice and collaborate with engineering teams to meet client requirements.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, sharing insights with management.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in sales or business development, ideally within the Maltese market.

• Background in IT, network systems, or telecom equipment sales is considered an asset.

• Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field is an advantage.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
