Overview
Manpower is seeking to recruit a Logistics Coordinator to join our client's team.

This role ensures that apertures are scheduled, dispatched, and installed efficiently and to a high standard of quality. The Logistics Coordinator works at the intersection of Production, Sales, and the Installation team, coordinating daily field operations, resolving on‑site issues, and maintaining the administrative and physical infrastructure required for smooth execution.
This role demands strong organisational discipline, hands‑on presence, and a problem‑solving mindset.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate installation schedules by identifying orders ready for dispatch and prioritising them effectively.
  • Assign installation teams based on skills, job complexity, and location, ensuring efficient daily planning.
  • Book and confirm installation appointments while maintaining excellent customer communication.
  • Oversee morning team preparations, ensuring installers have the necessary tools, materials, and documentation before departure.
  • Monitor installation progress throughout the day (Monday to Saturday) and act as the main point of contact for field teams.
  • Resolve on‑site issues quickly and professionally, escalating critical matters when required.
  • Liaise with Sales, Production, and Operations when installations require changes in specifications, timing, or materials.
  • Conduct end‑of‑day handovers with installers, collecting completion records and customer payments.
  • Ensure all paperwork and installation records are accurate, updated, and filed in the correct systems.
  • Monitor and maintain installation tools, equipment, and consumable materials, flagging replenishment needs.
  • Implement and manage an efficient inventory tracking system to ensure readiness and reduce losses.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in logistics, field operations, or a coordination‑focused role.
  • Background in construction, manufacturing, or installation sectors is a strong advantage.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast‑paced operational environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Full, clean driving licence.
  • Fluent in Maltese and English
  • Strong, clear, and confident communication abilities when interacting with field teams, colleagues, and customers
