Market Access & Value Manager (

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Market Access & Value Manager to join our clients team in Malta.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving market access, pricing, and reimbursement strategies to maximize patient access while aligning with business objectives. This includes building strong relationships with payors, policymakers, and stakeholders, as well as collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to support product launches and lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement market access and reimbursement strategies for innovative medicines.
• Anticipate market access requirements and adapt global strategies to the local context.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with payors, policymakers, and healthcare stakeholders, contributing to healthcare system strengthening initiatives.
• Lead and manage contracting negotiations, reimbursement applications, and pricing submissions.
• Collaborate with medical, regulatory, digital, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
• Monitor the external healthcare and policy environment, identifying long-term opportunities to optimize patient access.
• Develop and oversee local pricing strategies, ensuring compliance with global guidelines and company standards.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver innovative access solutions and value-based propositions.

Requirements:

• Masters or University degree in Sciences, Business Administration, Health Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably with a background in market access, pricing, or value strategy.
• In-depth understanding of the Maltese healthcare system, reimbursement processes, and pricing landscape.
• Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and negotiation.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence at different levels.
• Fluency in English and Maltese (written and spoken).
