Job summary
Manpower is seeking an experienced and motivated Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This is a leadership role that combines operational efficiency with strategic direction to drive financial performance, guest satisfaction, and team development.
Main Duties & Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate day-to-day hotel operations across all departments.

Work closely with department heads through regular meetings and performance reviews.

Ensure compliance with service standards, policies, and procedures.

Lead projects including refurbishments, capital works, and service improvement initiatives.

Handle guest feedback, resolve service issues, and maintain high satisfaction levels.

Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and annual sales & marketing plans.

Achieve and exceed revenue, profitability, and service quality targets.

Set short- and long-term goals, driving efficiency and cost-saving measures.

Monitor business results, adjust operational strategies, and report regularly to stakeholders.

Optimize room yield and overall revenue through effective sales and yield management.

Oversee procurement processes and vendor negotiations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Education & Experience

Degree/diploma in Hotel Management or related discipline.
-
5+ years hospitality experience, with at least 4 years in management.

Previous senior role as HOD, Assistant GM, or Executive Assistant Manager.

Proven track record of leading large teams and delivering strong results.
