ERP Dynamics AX 2012 R3 development and application support

• Identify ERP needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with new function and reports development.
• Provide users with instruction and methods to solve their problems in ERP system globally.
• Train users to improve their system and work knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Analyze business processes and provide solutions using Microsoft Dynamics ERP system
• Gather customer requirements and conduct gap analysis
• 2 Years or above Microsoft Dynamics AX R3 ERP application experience is a must
• Provide user training and support
• BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Related
  
• ERP Dynamics support and development and understanding of business processes.
  
• Effective SLA management skills with commitment, result and high quality.
