Our client is a fast-growing fintech lender and servicer driving financial inclusion in LatAm.

They scale consumer credit through a broker-led model and technology-driven underwriting and portfolio servicing.

About the role:

You will sit at the intersection of capital raising and funding operations, with two main pillars:

• Fundraising: Support new debt facilities and forward flow programs (lender mapping, negotiation, closing).
• Funding Ops: Manage day-to-day operations for existing lines (covenants, borrowing base, reporting, waterfalls, investor relations).

Responsibilities

• Build and manage lender/investor pipeline (banks, funds, DFIs).
• Prepare fundraising materials (CIMs, loan tapes, stress packs).
• Run RFPs, term-sheet comparisons, and due diligence.
• Oversee covenant compliance, borrowing base, and settlements.
• Deliver monthly/quarterly reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate with trustees/fiduciaries on cash & waterfalls.
• Partner cross-functionally (Risk, Finance, Legal, Ops) to improve processes.

Required Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years in structured finance/capital markets (consumer lending, fintech, or IB).
• Experience with warehouse lines, forward flow, or securitizations.
• Strong knowledge of borrowing base mechanics, eligibility tests, and covenants.
• Advanced Excel & solid presentation skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English with strong communication skills.
