Developer (Ruby on Rails OR Go)

Responsibilities:

• Develop robust and scalable backend solutions
• ️ Collaborate on defining technical architectures and standards
• ️ Optimize database queries and requests for maximum efficiency
• Implement and maintain caching systems and fallback mechanisms
• Design complex, resilient, and high-performance architectures

Required Skills:

• ️ Expertise in backend programming languages: Golang OR Ruby on Rails
• ️ Experience with error recovery mechanisms and fallbacks
• Proven ability to optimize caching systems for better performance
• Experience with database query optimization (MongoDB, PostgreSQL)
• Familiarity with monolithic and microservices architectures
• Experience in migrating and maintaining legacy systems
• ️ Advanced experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Intermediate knowledge of Docker
• Knowledge of monitoring and analysis tools like Datadog and Grafana
