VP of Finance

Hello: Mexico

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical VP of Finance to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading Financial Planning, Accounting, Cost Analysis, and Financial Reporting, all of which will contribute to the strategic decision-making of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Perform financial and cost analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Participate in the development of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Collaborate with operations and sales teams to align financial projections with business goals.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the company's financial and operational performance.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior management and shareholders.
• Collaborate in capital raising efforts.
• Act as a strategic partner to all departments to improve processes and identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with the company's financial policies and procedures.
• Lead the company's financial operations and strategy to drive business growth.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 8+ years of leadership experience in finance teams, ideally in high-growth companies, with at least 3 years at a Big Four firm.
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools and management software (Excel advanced, Netsuite, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data to inform decision-making.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy.
