Finance Director

We are hiring a Finance Director to lead the financial strategy and operations of a fast-scaling retail company expanding across LATAM. This is a high-impact leadership role with full ownership of financial planning, reporting, international purchasing oversight, and cost optimization. You'll work directly with a global finance team and play a key role in shaping profitability and growth.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the financial strategy to ensure sustainable business growth
• Lead financial reporting under international standards (IFRS, US GAAP) for the global HQ
• Manage international purchasing and optimize import costs
• Oversee operational cost control and drive retail financial efficiency
• Ensure compliance with local and international tax and financial regulations
• Lead and develop the local finance team, promoting data-driven decision-making

Who You Are

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar (Masters/Certifications a plus)
• 5+ years in strategic finance roles within retail, FMCG, or food industries
• Experience with international purchasing, cost control, and import processes
• Strong skills in financial analysis, ERP systems, and Excel (Advanced level required)
• Solid understanding of global accounting standards and fiscal regulations
• Fluent in English (advanced level required)
