FP&A and Investor Relations

We have an incredible opportunity for a Head of Strategic Planning and Investor Relations to join our fast-growing team! If youre passionate about driving strategic initiatives and managing investor relationships, this could be the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities: Lead financial planning, budget setting, and key business analyses
Develop and manage performance monitoring systems and KPIs
Drive long-term strategic initiatives, aligning with business goals
Develop and execute communication strategies for investor engagement
Lead fundraising efforts, including pitch materials and investor outreach
Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and key stakeholders
Regularly update investors on financial performance, strategic milestones, and market developments
Present business and financial results as a key board participant

Required Skills: Proven experience in strategic planning, finance, and investor relations
Strong financial modeling, market analysis, and competitive intelligence skills
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change
Experience with fundraising, investor relations, and stakeholder management
Highly analytical with a passion for improving financial health
Bilingual (Spanish/English) with excellent communication skills
Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Experience: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
2-3 years in consulting, investment banking, or private equity
2-4 years in strategic planning or finance within a Series A-B startup or tech company
Experience in the Mexican fintech market is a plus
