HEAD OF SALES
About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on head of sales with solid experience working on hyper growth startups who will be focused on leading our SaaS solutions go to market efforts. You will be responsible for building, developing, and leading high-performing sales to drive revenue growth, expand our partner base, and achieve sales quotas.
In addition to mentoring, coaching, and managing an energetic and driven team on a deal-by-deal basis, you will also be responsible for making and handling major negotiations with realtors and construction companies in Mexico.
This is a ground floor opportunity with a well-funded start-up poised for tremendous growth. This position will report directly to the CEO.
What you will do:
Hit sales quotas
Mentor and train sales reps
Recruit, hire, and onboard new salespeople
Create sales forecasts
Analyze performance data
Design and implement a scalable sales strategy
Continuously iterate on and improve upon sales processes.
What we need from you:
4+ years of experience building and leading high-performance sales teams
Proven track record working in hyper growth startups
Experience with the inside sales methodology and inbound marketing
A hunter mentality, never losing sight of revenue targets
Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire sales teams
Strong written and oral communication skills
An established network of realtors or construction industry contacts
Experience selling and distributing SaaS solutions
Experience using hubspot
