Were building something bold thats redefining how wellness feels and looks in Europe. Recently launched in Spain, the product is already in market with strong early traction and a brand identity that stands out. Backed by a solid seed round and ready to scale, were now looking for a world-class VP of Growth someone who wants to shape the future of the brand as a true co-founder.
This isn't a marketing job its a mission. You'll take a product thats already live and turn it into a household name. You'll lead growth end to end: building acquisition engines, scaling performance marketing, and crafting the playbook for sustainable, data-driven expansion. From digital strategy to creative partnerships, you'll own the full growth funnel awareness, acquisition, retention, and brand love.
Were looking for someone whos lived and breathed online growth someone who knows how to turn creativity into conversion and storytelling into measurable results. You should have deep roots in performance marketing, influencer and affiliate marketing, partnerships, podcasts, and content strategy. Ideally, youve helped scale a consumer brand in Spain or across Europe maybe at places like Hawkers, Olistic, Belevels, or a digital native brand that found its voice and audience through smart, relentless execution.
If youve ever built or scaled a subscription business, even better. Experience in supplements, beauty, nutrition, skincare, or lifestyle e-commerce is a big plus. You'll thrive if you think like a founder someone scrappy, resourceful, analytical, and obsessed with growth. You're as comfortable designing creative distribution partnerships or working with influencers and podcasters as you are optimizing CAC, LTV, and retention metrics.
This role is for the doers the 0-2-1 people. We already have the product, brand, and vision. What we need now is you someone who can make it grow, build the systems, create the buzz, and take it global.
