As a Partner Success Intern, you will play a vital role in helping our partners derive maximum value from our offerings. You will support account documentation, onboarding, and performance reviews, while identifying opportunities to drive growth and retention within our partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding & Training: Guide partners through the onboarding journey, providing necessary training to ensure a seamless experience with the platform.
- Account Validation: Serve as a critical link between partner customers and internal teams to ensure complete due diligence and account activation.
- Kickoff Advocacy: Ensure every account moving through onboarding has a personalized risk, pricing, and revenue-share setup.
- Account Affiliation: Collaborate with
PSM, Merchant Performance, and other
internal teams
to manage partner affiliations for maximum cost efficiency and performance. - Reporting & Insights: Assist the Partnership Success Manager in highlighting key performance metrics and recommending actionable insights for optimization.
- Client Advocacy: Act as the "voice of the partner," sharing feedback with internal teams to drive continuous improvement of our services.
- Merchant Retention: Contribute to efforts that ensure partners remain satisfied and see long-term value in our solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- Interest: A strong interest in Customer Success, Partnerships, FinTech, or the payments ecosystem.
- Technical Skills: Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends; proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is preferred.
- Tools: Comfort working with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) or a high degree of technical agility to learn new internal systems quickly.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
- Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with technical, commercial, and operations teams in a fast-paced environment.
