District Manager – High-Volume Wing QSR

Location: Baltimore, MD (City & Surrounding Metro) Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 + Performance Bonuses

The Role: What You'll Do

As the District Manager, you will serve as the strategic lead for our Baltimore-area stores, ensuring every shift is "Game Day Ready."

  • Drive the Bottom Line: Take full ownership of the district P&L. You'll analyze labor trends, manage food costs (critical in the wing industry), and implement strategies to boost profitability across your patch.
  • Develop the "Bench": Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing General Managers. Your success is defined by your ability to coach your team toward their next promotion.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain the highest standards for food safety, cleanliness, and order accuracy. You'll be the gold standard for your GMs, ensuring every store is audit-ready at all times.
  • Strategic Leadership: Work closely with ownership to identify local marketing opportunities and operational improvements to stay ahead of the competition in the Baltimore market.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience: 2+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in QSR or Fast-Casual (Wing, fried chicken, or high-volume fry experience is a major plus).
  • Analytical Skills: The ability to translate P&L data into actionable coaching for your GMs.
  • Leadership Heart: A passion for coaching and a "lead by example" mentality. You aren't afraid to jump behind the counter during a peak rush to support your team.
  • Baltimore Insight: Familiarity with the Baltimore metro area and its unique local neighborhoods and consumer habits.
  • Requirements: Valid drivers license and the ability to travel between units daily.
