Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to uphold high service standards.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and customer relations with a proactive approach.
• Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to maintain seamless service flow.
• Drive a positive, energetic culture that reflects our fun concept and brand values.

Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience in a full-service restaurant environment.
• Ability to relocate to Tulsa and commit to a 7-week training program in Dallas (all boarding expenses covered).
• Strong communication and team-building skills with a passion for hospitality.
• Availability to start training immediately upon selection.
