Youll work alongside the Executive Chef to manage BOH operations, train team members, and deliver consistent food quality in a fast-paced, chef-driven environment.
Responsibilities:

Support daily BOH operations and team leadership

Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards

Train and motivate kitchen staff

Assist with inventory, prep, and ordering

Lead by example during high-volume shifts
Requirements:

2+ years in a kitchen leadership role

Strong line skills and kitchen organization

Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods

Open availability, including weekends and holidays

Experience with Asian cuisine a plus
