As we expand across the Southeast and beyond, were looking for a passionate and experienced sous chef to help lead our high-energy kitchen.

Youll work alongside the Executive Chef to manage BOH operations, train team members, and deliver consistent food quality in a fast-paced, chef-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support daily BOH operations and team leadership

  • Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards

  • Train and motivate kitchen staff

  • Assist with inventory, prep, and ordering

  • Lead by example during high-volume shifts

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in a kitchen leadership role

  • Strong line skills and kitchen organization

  • Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods

  • Open availability, including weekends and holidays

  • Experience with Asian cuisine a plus
