The Corporate Associate will play a key role in a dynamic transactional practice, with responsibilities including:
- Managing M&A and disposition transactions across the full deal lifecycle
- Drafting and negotiating purchase agreements and commercial contracts
- Advising on corporate structuring, governance, and compliance matters
- Conducting due diligence and identifying legal and financial risks
- Serving as a key client contact throughout transactions
- Supporting complex financing and restructuring matters as needed
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
- Active U.S. bar admission, or ability to obtain admission in a relevant jurisdiction
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate or transactional law
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with private equity or venture capital clients
- Exposure to financing structures or cross-border transactions
- Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating with a broader team
- Strong communication and client management skills
