Corporate Associate

A well-regarded, full-service law firm with a strong regional presence is seeking a Corporate Associate to join its growing transactional practice. The Corporate Associate will play a key role in a dynamic transactional practice, with responsibilities including:

• Managing M&A and disposition transactions across the full deal lifecycle
• Drafting and negotiating purchase agreements and commercial contracts
• Advising on corporate structuring, governance, and compliance matters
• Conducting due diligence and identifying legal and financial risks
• Serving as a key client contact throughout transactions
• Supporting complex financing and restructuring matters as needed

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
• Active U.S. bar admission, or ability to obtain admission in a relevant jurisdiction
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate or transactional law
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with private equity or venture capital clients
• Exposure to financing structures or cross-border transactions
• Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating with a broader team
• Strong communication and client management skills
