The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top healthcare professionals across clinical and non-clinical functions. Youll act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, driving best-in-class recruitment processes, and helping to shape our employer brand in a competitive healthcare market.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for clinical and corporate roles, from briefing through to offer and onboarding.

Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, providing guidance on recruitment strategies, market trends, and candidate selection.

Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through networking, headhunting, referrals, and digital platforms.

Manage and mentor junior recruitment team members, supporting their development and performance.

Ensure compliance with healthcare recruitment standards, safeguarding protocols, and regulatory requirements.

Partner with HR and leadership to forecast workforce needs and develop proactive talent pipelines.

Represent Muve Healthcare at industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to promote our employer brand.

Use recruitment data and analytics to monitor performance, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience Required
-
Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally within healthcare, medical, or related regulated industries.

Strong track record in filling both high-volume and specialist/niche roles.

Knowledge of UK healthcare workforce regulations and safeguarding requirements (desirable).

Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
