Job Title: Recruitment Manager
Overview:
The Recruitment Manager will oversee the recruitment function, leading the team to deliver high-quality talent acquisition processes. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecyclefrom workforce planning and candidate attraction through to onboardingwhile ensuring compliance, effective stakeholder engagement, and alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to achieve performance targets and KPIs.

Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including advertising, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.

Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.

Implement and monitor recruitment KPIs to drive performance and efficiency.

Ensure effective skill-matching between candidates and roles to support long-term retention and growth.

Liaise with HR and compliance teams to ensure all hiring processes meet legal and organizational standards.

Maintain and enhance candidate experience, ensuring a professional and engaging process from application to onboarding.

Develop and execute strategies to attract diverse, high-quality talent.

Oversee the use of recruitment systems, data, and reporting to inform decision-making.

Continuously improve recruitment policies, processes, and best practices.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager, or similar role.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Excellent understanding of recruitment processes, workforce planning, and compliance requirements.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to analyze recruitment data and KPIs to inform strategy.

Knowledge of relevant employment laws and best practices.

Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms preferred.
