Role Summary
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function across the Marva Group and its affiliated healthcare brands. This role is critical to shaping brand identity, driving growth, and ensuring consistent, impactful communication across all platforms and companies within the group.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement group-wide marketing strategies to support brand awareness, service uptake, and business growth
- Manage the marketing activities of multiple healthcare subsidiaries, ensuring consistency in brand messaging while tailoring approaches to each sector (e.g. care homes, staffing, community care)
- Oversee the development of marketing materials including brochures, digital content, presentations, and press releases
- Lead digital marketing efforts including SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and social media strategy
- Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to execute multi-channel campaigns
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and campaign performance to guide future strategy
- Manage and optimise the groups online presence, including websites and social platforms
- Coordinate branding and rebranding initiatives for new or acquired businesses
- Organise and promote group events, recruitment drives, and healthcare campaigns
- Monitor and manage the marketing budget, reporting ROI and performance metrics to leadership
Requirements
- Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within healthcare, recruitment, or multi-brand environments
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and communications strategy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset
- Proficient in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Canva, Adobe Suite)
- Strong project management skills and ability to work across multiple teams and priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Desirable
- Experience in healthcare marketing or knowledge of the UK care sector
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in healthcare communications
- Previous involvement in scaling marketing operations for growing organisations
