We are seeking an experienced Nurse Director of Quality to join our leadership team at a reputable healthcare facility. Position Summary:
As the Nurse Director of Quality, you will play a critical leadership role in maintaining the hospitals accreditation, certification, and licensure. This position collaborates with the CEO, CNO, and HR to drive quality initiatives, foster a culture of safety, and enhance both patient and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate all survey readiness activities to maintain compliance with TJC, CARF, and other accrediting bodies.

Lead monthly interdisciplinary QAPI (Quality Assurance Performance Improvement) team meetings in alignment with the facility's QAPI calendar.

Review and analyze quarterly quality improvement reports to identify opportunities for enhanced patient care.

Support the Medical Director and Quality Program Director with medical staff performance improvement initiatives.

Facilitate Root Cause Analyses (RCA) for all level 34 incidents and on an annual basis.

Manage monthly data collection, analysis, and reporting on quality indicators.

Promote continuous learning by emphasizing the importance of staff education and training.

Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure all regulatory reporting requirements are met.
Qualifications:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.

Clinical experience in at least one of the following: Quality, Risk Management, Survey Readiness, Infection Control, Employee Health, or Staff Education.

Strong understanding of accreditation standards, including TJC and CARF (preferred).

Demonstrated leadership skills and a commitment to continuous quality improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Nursing.

Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ).
