This is a strong opportunity for a proven perioperative leader to step into a Director-level role overseeing a growing surgical services program. Reporting into executive leadership, you'll have full accountability for clinical quality, operations, and financial performance across perioperative services.

What You'll Own

• Full leadership oversight of Surgical Services (OR, PACU, Pre/Post, and related areas)
• Drive operational performance: case flow, efficiency, staffing, and patient outcomes
• Lead budgeting, productivity, and resource management to meet financial targets
• Ensure regulatory readiness, compliance, and patient safety standards
• Partner closely with physicians and leadership to improve service line performance
• Mentor and develop managers and clinical leaders, building a high-performing team
• Lead performance improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice adoption
• Handle escalations including physician relations, patient concerns, and team dynamics

What You Bring

• RN license (Texas)
• BSN required; MSN preferred
• 3–5+ years of leadership experience at Manager level or above
• Strong perioperative background (OR required)
• Track record of driving operational and financial results
• Ability to lead teams, influence physicians, and execute on strategic initiatives
• BLS certification required
