Were looking for a detail-driven Procurement Specialist who can support project mobilization, keep momentum strong, and help ensure every phase of the procurement lifecycle is completed on time and with precision.
Youll play a key role across the full project journey—bidding, pricing, proposals, material ordering, and close-out documentation—working alongside a collaborative team in a culture built on growth, cooperation, and continuous improvement.
What youll do
- Review project scope using plans, drawings, and specifications to fully understand requirements
- Build and manage the Pricing Log using finish schedules and estimator take-offs
- Request vendor pricing, compile responses, and publish logs for easy team access
- Create a BidCalc (Budget) using available tools, including takeoffs, pricing logs, labor sheets, plans, specs, and schedules
- Confirm licensing requirements and accurate tax rates for the project city
- Estimate freight costs using historical data, job location, and site conditions
- Develop proposals that clearly communicate project details (plan dates, scope, product lists, installation methods)
- Communicate with GCs and design firms post-submission to provide alternates, clarifications, and scope support
- Attend project-related meetings to gather and share key preliminary information
- Review shop drawings and provide insights to internal teams as needed
- Order vendor samples for customers/GCs upon request
- Create, update, and manage the PO Log throughout buyout
- Issue approved POs and release materials in coordination with Operations
- Update PO Log to reflect released materials and communicate delays/changes quickly to the appropriate stakeholders
- Generate RCOs and align changes with BidCalc as needed
- Perform Club Walks to validate quantity, quality, and specs of delivered club materials with Operations
- Partner with Project Managers and General Superintendents to resolve issues quickly and provide technical guidance
- Spot-audit project costs to support accuracy and accountability
- Prepare close-out documentation and assist teams in collecting outstanding job-related information

- Bachelors degree preferred (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
