We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join an interdisciplinary mental health team providing clinical services in a structured, secure environment. This position is 100% on-site and focuses on psychological screening, assessment, and treatment planning for individuals in custody.

The ideal candidate is a skilled clinician who is comfortable working in a fast-paced setting, collaborating with medical and behavioral health professionals, and providing high-quality care to a diverse population.

Must-Have Qualifications

To be considered, candidates must meet all of the following requirements:

- Active psychologist license in the state of Oklahoma or the ability to obtain Oklahoma licensure

- Clinical psychologist experience required (School Psychologist experience does not qualify)

- Ability to work on-site in a secure facility environment

Key Responsibilities

The psychologist will be expected to perform duties consistent with actual job performance requirements, including:

- Conduct psychological screenings and assessments through record review and clinical interviews

- Provide clinical input as part of an interdisciplinary mental health team

(psychiatry, nursing, social work, medical staff, etc.)

- Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on clinical evaluation and level of functioning

- Perform regular rounds in segregation or other confined housing areas to assess adjustment and treatment needs

- Provide mental health counseling, crisis interventions, and confrontation avoidance interventions as needed

- Demonstrate strong working knowledge of psychological counseling theory and techniques in therapeutic practice

- Collaborate with psychiatry, medical, educational, chaplain, and security staff to gather information and support continuity of care

- Assess changes in patient mental health conditions and respond appropriately with clinical recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in behavioral health settings such as corrections, inpatient, acute care, community mental health, or forensic environments

- Strong clinical documentation skills

- Ability to maintain professionalism and clinical boundaries in a structured setting

Schedule & Work Environment

- On-site position (not remote)

- Work is conducted in a secure facility with established safety protocols and interdisciplinary support
