What Youll Do:

As a Sales Support Specialist, youll be a vital partner to our Sales Team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and organization across the sales process. Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the Sales Team with pricing requests, bid set-ups, and documentation

Preparing and managing prequalification forms and related compliance materials

Assisting with CRM data entry, updates, and reporting (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Coordinating and organizing sales files, proposals, and contract documentation

Serving as a liaison between Sales, Operations, and other internal teams

Handling general administrative tasks that keep the sales engine running smoothly

Identifying opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency

What Were Looking For:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (you spot what others miss)

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Clear written and verbal communication skills

Comfort working with technology and learning new systems

Preferred (But Not Required):

Experience in the construction industry

Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

Previous administrative or sales support experience
