What Youll Do

Lead & Inspire

Guide and grow the Minnesota K12 team.

Mentor emerging architects in design, production, and technical coordination.

Lead the development and execution of construction documents.

Collaborate closely with internal architects, engineers, and clients.

Design with Impact

Drive projects from concept through construction administration.

Attend client and project meetings as a trusted design leader.

Apply strong technical detailing and specification expertise.

Ensure compliance with IBC, Life Safety Code, ADA, and architectural standards.

Elevate the Practice

Strengthen client relationships and represent the firm with professionalism.

Help shape strategic growth in Minnesotas K12 market.

Contribute to a culture of collaboration, transparency, and excellence.

What You Bring

10+ years of experience in a design firm.

5+ years of dedicated K12 experience.

Strong background in design, construction documents, and construction administration.

Minnesota architectural license (or reciprocity eligibility).

4- or 5-year professional degree in Architecture or related field.

Proven leadership and mentoring experience.

Deep knowledge of building codes, life safety, and ADA requirements.

Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Bluebeam, Procore, SketchUp, and related tools.

Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and remotely when needed.

Willingness for occasional local travel.

A genuine passion for architecture and educational design.
