We're seeking to hire a skilled and motivated Sales Customer Support professional to join our company. The ideal candidate shall play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our growing client base.

Sales Customer Support Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and online chat
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and companies policies.
  • Proactively follow up with customers to address any post-sale issues or questions, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with the sales process, guiding them through product selection, order placement, and order tracking.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and technical teams to address customer questions, concerns, and provide solutions with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports for the sales team.
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Mashriq Energy's solar products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, product updates, and company policies to provide customers with the most current and relevant information.
  • Participate in sales training programs and continuously develop your product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Engage with potential customers to generate leads and support the sales pipeline.
  • Maintain client and company confidence by keeping information confidential and secure.
  • Data entry in various platforms.
  • Order office supplies.
  • Photocopy and print out documents on behalf of other colleagues.

Sales Customer Support Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience in customer support with a background in Sales.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Good sense of organization and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines.
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced working environment
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
