We are looking for a dedicated and professional "Sales Representative" to join our company, Next Solar, in the Bekaa Region. The ideal candidate shall play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving sales of our industry-leading solar energy solutions.
Sales Representative Duties and Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out and engage prospective customers to introduce and promote our solar photovoltaic solutions.
- Conduct site assessments, evaluate energy needs, and present customized solar PV system proposals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to effectively communicate the benefits of our solutions.
- Effectively communicate the technical and financial benefits of our solar solutions to clients
- Negotiate contracts, manage the sales process, and close deals
- Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with the technical, engineering, and project management teams to deliver seamless project implementation and provide tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, lead generation, identify new business opportunities and pipeline development
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Sales Representative Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in sales or business development
- Renewable energy or electrical power industry expertise is preferred
- Strong technical understanding of solar photovoltaic systems, electrical components, and energy efficiency concepts or any other field
- Positive attitude and skilled individual are highly required
- Valid driver's license and car is a must
- Must be from Bekaa and living there
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and time management skills
- Passion for renewable energy and a commitment to promoting sustainable solutions
