Key Responsibilities:

360 Recruitment & Client Management

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: from client engagement, job briefing, candidate sourcing, interviews, to offer negotiation and placement.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding hiring needs and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.
  • Drive business development initiatives, identify new client opportunities, and grow accounts.

Team Leadership & Coaching

  • Lead and mentor a team of recruitment consultants, providing on-the-job training, feedback, and performance coaching.
  • Set clear KPIs and sales targets for the team; track and motivate consultants to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Foster a collaborative and accountable team culture focused on delivery and growth.

Operational Excellence & Strategy

  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment workflows to optimize efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to implement recruitment strategies, tools, and process enhancements.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, CV-to-interview ratio) to ensure consistent performance and improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with minimum 4 years of recruitment experience, including 360 recruitment and client servicing in an agency environment.
  • Prior experience leading and coaching recruitment teams with track record of meeting KPIs.
  • Strong business development and negotiation skills with a consultative approach to client engagement.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities and a sharp eye for process improvement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; confident in engaging with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to changing business needs.
  • Familiar with Malaysia's Employment Act
  • Knowledge of local/regional talent markets
