HR Administrator
About the job HR Administrator
Salary: Up to $2,800
Working hours: 5 days, 9am-6pm
Location: Kaki Bukit
Job Scope:
- Maintain and update employee records
- Ensure all HR documents, policies, and procedures are up-to-date and compliant
- Manage personnel files, attendance systems and HR databases
- Prepare HR reports (e.g., turnover, headcount, leave balances)
- Assist with posting job adverts, screening applications and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate pre-employment checks (references, background verification, etc.).
- Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documents.
- Support new-hire orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Assist in preparing monthly payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, deductions)
- Coordinate with finance or payroll teams for timely processing
- Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and internal policies
- Assist with audits and regulatory documentation
- Draft HR letters (employment verification, confirmations, warnings, etc.)
- Manage HR calendars, meetings and training sessions
- Perform other general office administrative duties where necessary
