About the job Customer Service Advisor
Job Responsibilities:
* Assist customers by understanding their vehicle concerns and recommending suitable service or repair solutions
* Act as the key liaison between customers and the workshop to ensure clear and responsive communication
* Keep customers updated on job progress and repair timelines
* Handle daily intake of cars for servicing and manage service scheduling
* Deliver a positive customer experience from check-in to vehicle collection
* Prepare quotations to customers and reply to enquiries
* Support the workshop team by aligning service expectations with actual job progress
* Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements:
* Basic vehicle knowledge is preferable but not mandatory; training will be provided
* Friendly, proactive team player with a willingness to learn
* Self-driven with a strong sense of responsibility and service excellence
